At Vincent Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films intact, then secure it in a shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
